Hi! I’m Hitesh, founder and principal at Equanimus Consulting. With over a decade of leadership experience in Product Management, Strategy and Operations, I specialize in turning innovative ideas into thriving businesses.
I enjoy working with C-suite leaders & Founders to create success strategies and execute in essential business roles & functions like General Management, Product & Services development & management, as well Partnerships & Business Development.
My approach is to immerse in and understand the needs of your team/organization define goals and build a milestone based bespoke plan that includes initiatives & actions that are essential to make progress. We then get to work and start measuring progress on a weekly/monthly cadence to ensure KPIs are aligned with set goals and iterate as required.
